Transformation of 1920s old warehouse into a unique, state of the art private indoor skate park was an enjoyable adventure made possible by an engaged owner who encouraged us to think “big”. Demolition revealed architectural features that became highlights. The finished product exceeded expectations by more than a little.  The transformation continues as additional athletic uses have been identified for other areas of the former warehouse.
