This extra narrow property presented many challenges. However, the narrow and deep lot, offered the opportunity for an ample backyard and exceptional privacy, all in an attractive Milton location, a few blocks from Rye Beach Park. This property had not changed hands in two generations and needed to be reconfigured. Significant site preparation, landscaping, and screening went into preparing the site for construction.  We emerged with a home that was able to capture light and surrounding greenery, allowing residents to connect with the outside. The house provides a sense of reclusion amid a dynamic area of Rye and offers wonderful spaciousness for owners to entertain and gather.

Custom architecture that took advantage of the long and narrow site resulted in a unique flow. An inviting front porch with a trellis as a focal point, large side deck, ample back yard, spacious kitchen with views of the side deck and greenery and a wonderful master suite are some of the most salient points of this house.
