Bringing a project from idea to final plans takes several iterations. The ideal exterior elevation may impose constraints in the floor plans and vice versa.  As consumer needs change, we seek to quickly incorporate solutions that address those changes.  The regulatory environment is also a variable and influences the initial concept and feasibility as we approach a decision to go forward with any given project. In sum, the planning process is dynamic, and we incorporate new information and recent experiences in every step of the process.
