White Plains – Sterling Park
Located in a peaceful and beautifully located area in the Fisher Hill section of White Plains, this project will re-invigorate a hidden gem of a neighborhood.
When we first saw the site, a structure in extremely poor condition was visible among overgrown plants. A derelict large home, once a beauty, has gone in complete disrepair, after years of neglect and then abandonment. Located less than a mile from the White Plains Metro North Station and half a mile from the White Plains Hospital, this site offered so much for those looking to find a home in the White Plains area.
Our vision is to re-create the park like sensation that the site offered from the distance by replacing a the crumbling old structure with a cluster of new homes, aesthetically consistent with the neighborhood, and wrapped in beautiful terracing and landscaping.
To create new, we had to start with a blank slate. The side has now been cleared and the construction process is underway. Two side-by-side structures with a total of four homes plus a single family detached house will comprise the cluster of new homes. Estimated completion date is Summer 2021.
Our vision and plan is a cluster of beautifully built home in a park like setting that will energize this charming neighborhood so close to conveniences and employment and within a City that is dynamic and open to all.
